
Complaints handling
Customer satisfaction has been high on our priority list for many years. As such, we offer comprehensive customer service. Sometimes things may go wrong but we do our utmost to solve it as well and as quickly as possible.
If you have a complaint, it is important that you report it to us in writing and in detail immediately upon receipt, but within five days. If no obvious defects are reported after five days, the delivery will be considered accepted and no claims can be made for the visible defects.
