Which items are covered by the RMA (Returns with Authorization) procedure?
All goods delivered directly by EBLO Seating bv are covered by this procedure and can be returned in consultation.
Reasons for a return shipment
There are several reasons for returning a product to EBLO:
An item has been over-delivered or over-ordered;
An item has been incorrectly delivered or ordered;
An item has been delivered damaged or defective.
Obtaining an RMA number
To obtain an RMA number, please email retouren@eblo.nl. Clearly state the reason for the return. EBLO will process your request and assign you an RMA number based on our findings. You will receive a message at the email address you provided with any further instructions.
Validity of RMA number
Once you have received an RMA number from EBLO, it is valid for 5 working days.
Returning goods
We will discuss with you the best way to return your goods. Poorly packaged or incomplete products, or shipments without an RMA form with an RMA number, will not be processed and will be returned untreated.
Too many or incorrectly supplied items
Products that have been delivered in excess or in error can be collected and credited, provided that this is reported within 5 working days after delivery.
Items that have been incorrectly ordered can be collected. Restocking charges will apply of 10% of the sales price. The collection charges are for your account. If EBLO takes care of the return shipment, but the shipment is not ready during the first collection attempt, the next collection attempt will be charged. Products or incorrect quantities supplied by EBLO shall be returned without restocking fees
Damaged or defective product
In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact your contact person within EBLO. A suitable solution can be agreed upon, provided it is reported within 5 working days after delivery.
Overdelivery or incorrect delivery
Products that have been overdelivered or incorrectly delivered can be collected and credited, provided this is reported within 5 working days of delivery.
For products that you have ordered in excess or incorrectly, restocking costs of 10% of the sales price may be charged. The costs of the return shipment are at your expense. If EBLO takes care of the return shipment, but it is not ready at the first collection attempt, the next collection attempt will be charged. Products that have been delivered in excess or incorrectly due to EBLO will be returned without restocking fees.
Damaged or defective product
In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact your contact person at EBLO. This will allow us to agree on a suitable solution, provided that this is reported within 5 working days of delivery. We recommend taking a photo upon arrival of the product or when using it for the first time.
