To further simplify matters for our customers and offer an even better and more efficient service, EBLO has developed the Fleet Maintenance App®. The Fleet Maintenance App® is a clear digital management tool that provides rapid insight into the condition of seats and the maintenance required.

How does it work?

The app operates entirely in the cloud, making information immediately available anywhere, on any device. Each chair is assigned a unique code linked to a checklist that indicates when which part of a chair needs to be replaced. Parts that need to be repaired can also be indicated in this checklist for each chair. Based on the checklist, the chair is checked for the following points, among others:

• The condition of foam parts and upholstery;

• The operation of control buttons and levers;

• The functioning of all adjustment and setting options;

• Checking for misalignment;

• Maintenance and repairs already carried out.

The app also provides explanations and training for front-line staff with regard to minor service and maintenance. For extensive repairs and maintenance, the chair must be registered for service with Fleet Maintenance at EBLO on site. This registration is also done digitally via the app.
