From a dangerous situation to a safe journey: The Ramos Jose family chooses EBLO

A trip in a motorhome is supposed to be relaxing and carefree. For the French Ramos Jose family, things turned out a little differently during their trip through Spain. Fortunately, EBLO came to the rescue!

While traveling from France to Düsseldorf, they encountered problems with the ISRI seats (6860/875) in their RV. Both the driver’s seat and the passenger seat suddenly collapsed with a loud thud. It was a dangerous situation in which the driver even temporarily lost control of the steering wheel.

From Düsseldorf to Zwijndrecht

Once they arrived in Düsseldorf at a Volvo dealership, the Ramos Jose family was advised to have the seats professionally repaired at EBLO in the Netherlands. It wasn’t exactly next door, but that turned out not to be a problem. The Ramos Jose family immediately contacted our sales representative, Karim M’harthi, and an appointment was quickly scheduled. After spending the night in their RV in our parking lot, our technical service team repaired the seats the following morning.

New valves for ISRI camper seats

As an official importer of ISRI seats and parts, we always have the right part in stock. New ISRI height adjustment valves were installed on both seats. In addition, the passenger seat was fitted with an IPS valve, which allows the seatback to be adjusted. The seats are once again safe and sturdy. This allowed the family to continue their journey with peace of mind.
