Represents all interests for our existing relationships and deals with incoming phone calls, handling webshop orders and after sales activities. Also point of contact on safety systems.
Jan Willem Groeneveld, 43 years old, has been working for us as an account manager since December 1, 2020.
After various commercial positions, of which the last 11 years have been within sales for casting and forging services, he was ready for a new challenge. Jan Willem's passion for (after)sales, where service is highly valued, is fully realised in his current position.
"Besides looking after all the interests of our existing customers, such as handling incoming phone calls, web shop orders and after sales activities, I will also get the opportunity to increase our market share within the agricultural sector. This is a great challenge for me at EBLO", says Jan Willem.
Besides work, Jan Willem is really an outdoorsman. Walking, running or going out with his racing bike will not be missed in his spare time.
