EBLO develops COOL-AIR® NTS seat cushion for ISRI seats

Every driver who works long days has experienced it: a warm and sultry feeling in the seat and upper legs. Especially with higher temperatures, the seat cushion quickly becomes warm, which can even lead to a moist cushion due to perspiration. Not pleasant for the driver, and certainly not for the driver who comes to relieve the shift. Moreover, this causes the cushion and the seat to wear out more quickly. Fortunately, there is now a solution for this.

Several ISRI NTS seats for buses and trucks are equipped with an electric climate control system. This provides the seat with cooling through an advanced ventilation system. However in many buses and trucks ISRI NTS seats are placed without this climate system. For the large group of drivers without climate control EBLO has developed a special seat cushion that provides better cooling. This so-called COOL-AIR® cushion consists of three layers of special material, with which a pleasant seat climate is created.

Improves comfort and extends life

Various tests have shown that, thanks to the hundreds of ventilation channels in the cushion, heat and moisture are regulated and dissipated as much as five times better compared to a standard ISRI seat cushion. This therefore not only improves the comfort of the driver, but also extends the life of the cushion and the seat.

Cushion easily replaceable
