EBLO manufactures customised seats for the earthmoving industry. Operators of earthmoving machinery are exposed to shocks and vibrations all day long. They sit for long periods of time and must remain focused in order to do their job properly. A good seat and sitting posture are essential for maximum seating comfort.
The standard seats that are installed in a machine at the factory comply with legal standards and requirements, but still require additional attention for each user, because every driver is different; taller, thinner, or heavier than the average driver. Back problems arise because the seat is not adjusted to the user's physique. The complaints often arise unnoticed, due to prolonged sitting in an incorrect posture or exposure to a lot of harmful shocks and vibrations. How can you prevent these complaints?
Customisation makes the seat a perfect fit
A good seat should already match 80 per cent of the driver's body measurements in terms of size. The remaining 20 per cent is for perfecting the seat in terms of lumbar support, foam hardness, type of upholstery and comfort-enhancing options such as wide armrests, cooling and/or heating options.
