EBLO presents UnitedSeats construction machine seats at INTERMAT 2024

A construction machine seat from EBLO is luxuriously designed and provides sufficient cushioning and comfort to work pain-free. At INTERMAT Paris 2024, we will present a large and diverse range of construction machine seats from our house brand UnitedSeats.

UnitedSeats Rancher and Highlander

The UnitedSeats Highlander and the UnitedSeats Rancher come standard with weight adjustment, adjustable shock absorber, height adjustment and horizontal suspension. In addition, luxury adjustable armrests and a mechanically adjustable lumbar support provide even more seating comfort. The Rancher is extra luxurious as it comes with a swivel plate as standard. Both seats comply with E5 - (ISO 3776-2 & EU 1322/2018) standards. Equipped with various mounting holes, they are easy to assemble.

UnitedSeats LGV120/C8

This UnitedSeats LGV120/C8 air-suspended construction machine seat with shock absorber ensures optimum reduction of shocks and vibrations. Standard features include seat tilt and seat depth adjustment and a mechanical lumbar support for extra back support.

UnitedSeats CS85

The UnitedSeats CS85/C1 and the CS85/C2 are popular construction machine seats , height-adjustable with mid-height backs. The CS85/C2 comes standard with a seat cushion with depth and height adjustment for extra seating comfort. The CS85/C1 complies with various ISO standards, including ISO 7096 EM5 and EM6 vibration standards and ISO 11112:1995 - earth-moving seat.

UnitedSeats US20

The UnitedSeats US20 is perhaps the most ideal mechanical suspension seat for small construction machines, where mounting space is limited. Because the seat's suspension is in the back, the seat height is limited to 12 cm, without compromising on suspension: the seat provides the right cushioning for small rigid machines. Another advantage of the US20 is that the slide rails also move inwards and outwards, allowing the mounting size to be adjusted (150 - 328 mm).

UnitedSeats MGV35 & MGV55 series

The UnitedSeats MGV35 & MGV55 seat series consists of comfortable seats for smaller construction machines. Despite the compact size, these seats spring very well. The backrest of this seat series is adjustable and folds forward, which can be useful for small cabs. Using adjustment members, the seats can also be easily adjusted forwards or backwards.

The MGV35 is also available with low SIP (21 cm), wider seat cushion, higher back and available in comfort version. Thanks to the various mounting points, these seats are easy to fit on almost all machines.

UnitedSeats bucket seats

We also have several waterproof bucket seats. The bucket seats are lightweight, made of hard plastic, with a comfortable seat. Equipped with several M8 threaded holes making mounting easy.
