EBLO replaces original VOLVO wheel loader seat with ergonomic alternative

EBLO wouldn't be EBLO if we couldn't help an operator with back problems on a VOLVO construction machine find a more suitable seat. In other words, an ergonomic seat, adjusted in such a way that the driver sits properly, with extra support in the back. 

The seat combination 6830KA/803CL has been chosen for the Volvo wheel loader L120H: an ISRI suspension system with an ASS seat. The ASS seats can be adjusted in such a way that the driver's back is optimally supported. This custom version has a triple lumbar support (the back can be supported in three places) and has a flat seat. The advantage of the flat seat is the possibility to correct the posture of the back. 

Suitable for tall people 

The ASS 803 series has a higher back than average, and is therefore particularly suitable for tall people. As an option, the length of the seat can be adjusted so that the (long) legs are well supported. The ASS 803CL also has an adjustable seat height and adjustable headrest so that the seat can be adjusted to the driver's seating needs. 

Shock and vibration resistant 

The ISRI 6830KA chassis has air suspension and a 24V compressor. The weight can be set automatically from 50-150kg. Thanks to horizontal suspension and adjustable shock absorber, vibrations and shocks are reduced to a minimum.
