New “Titan” safety belts for heavy-duty applications in extreme conditions

These new Titan safety belts were developed in response to feedback from customers who operate machines without cabs (such as dump trucks, wheel loaders, forklifts, rollers, and forestry cranes), where both the seats and belts are constantly exposed to rain, sun, snow, mud, dust, and salt.

Seat belts designed to withstand the harshest conditions

They are designed with durability and safety in mind and are built to withstand the harshest conditions:

• They offer excellent resistance to the ingress of water, dirt, and debris, ensuring reliable performance even in the most demanding applications;

• The seat belts comply with the ISO 6683-R16 standard and are SAE-J386 certified for the U.S. market;

• A key feature is the buckle with an IP67 rating, which is completely dustproof and water-resistant;

• Integrated vent holes allow dirt and debris to pass through, making it easy to clean the buckle by rinsing it with water—which helps maintain optimal functionality over the long term;

• The high-quality webbing of the Titan harness is available in black and orange, and the range includes both versions with automatic locking (ALR) and manual locking (MLR).

Available starting in 2026
