The drivers at this company had been uncomfortable in their Still vehicles for some time and asked EBLO for help. We talked to the customer to find the most suitable seating solution.

Seat foam and seat cover worn out due to intensive use
Still Intern Transport indicated that the seat foam and seat cover of their material handling vehicle had worn out due to intensive use. The daily sliding in and out of the vehicle puts strain on the tip of the seat, which is often the first place to wear out or become damaged.
To solve the seating problem, we looked at the most efficient seating solution: purchasing a new seat, which would fully restore both the seating comfort and the lifespan of the seat foam and seat cushion.

UnitedSeats C6: the ideal seat for material handling
The new seat chosen was the UnitedSeats upper structure C6 A 2T PVC. This compact seat is equipped with a comfortable seat and back cushion, specially designed for intensive use. In addition, the C6 comes standard with armrests and an adjustable backrest. The C6 supper structure is also available with fabric upholstery as an option.
The UnitedSeats C6 is suitable for material handling vehicles, such as forklift trucks, but also for other compact vehicles such as small tractors, electric tractors and reach trucks.

Fast delivery and satisfied drivers
Once we had selected the right seat, we delivered it to the customer as quickly as possible. The customer installed the seat on the vehicle themselves. After installation, the drivers were able to resume their work without any physical discomfort.
